Of the companies in Japan that have received Nadcap certification for heat treatment, there are a total of 6 companies, including our company, that specialize in heat treatment. We have the largest number of certified heat treatment processes among them, with 11. (As of November 10, 2021)
Aluminum Alloy
We have experience in aircraft, and can handle from Namashi-O to T4, T5, T6, and T7 with AMS specs, and have a large furnace.
Nickel alloys
We have experience in aircraft parts such as Inconel.
Also capable of handling copper alloys.
Heat treatment of various copper alloys is available.
All-metal treatment is available.
We have all-metal furnaces instead of vacuum furnaces that normally use carbon. This allows us to reduce humidity during processing to the utmost limit, and also accommodates the properties of rare metals such as niobium.
Quick delivery and low-cost heat treatment
We can provide quick delivery and low-cost heat treatment by mixing with our products (only if the products meet the conditions for mixing).
