Aerospace (Nadcap)

Of the companies in Japan that have received Nadcap certification for heat treatment, there are a total of 6 companies, including our company, that specialize in heat treatment. We have the largest number of certified heat treatment processes among them, with 11. (As of November 10, 2021)

Nitriding treatment is also available for stainless steel with pretreatment.

Alkaline cleaning and blasting are performed as necessary, and we can handle steel grades that are difficult to nitride, such as stainless steel.

Nitriding treatment can be selected.

Atmosphere nitriding with ammonia gas is available.
Gas nitriding and gas nitrocarburizing are available.

Surface hardening treatment to minimize thermal distortion

Treatment at low temperatures minimizes deformation and provides excellent wear and corrosion resistance.
