Of the companies in Japan that have received Nadcap certification for heat treatment, there are a total of 6 companies, including our company, that specialize in heat treatment. We have the largest number of certified heat treatment processes among them, with 11. (As of November 10, 2021)

We can handle prototyping and mass production under a wide range of conditions, including temperature range, vacuum, cooling method, cleaning method, and low strain.
Large-size AMS2750 controlled furnace
AMS2750 controlled furnace for tempering, annealing, and age hardening. Furnace with temperature measurement is also available. (Working zone Φ1000 x height up to 1600mm)
Non-ferrous alloys are also available.
In the process of deepening our knowledge of special steels, various nonferrous alloy products are being developed.
We will respond to such special needs.
Equipped with both large and small furnaces, we will propose a production system that meets your needs.
We can also handle small lots and mass production of general parts because we select a furnace according to the product shape and quantity and perform either mixed processing or independent processing.
