Company History
November,1917    Teikoku Seibyo Co.,LTD. was established with capital of 2million yen. AS a disigneted factory of the Ministry of Rail way, We started manufacturing Rail Spikes and Rail fastening bolts.
May,1942   Renamed to Teikoku Seiki Kogyo Co., Ltd. The capital was increased to 10million yen. It was involved in the production of the military aircraft machine.
March,1950    Renamed to Teikoku Seiko Co., Ltd. and started to manufacture electric machines.
November,1954    Renamed to Teikoku Seibyo Co., Ltd. The capital was increased to 15million yen. Focused to Bolts and Rivets manufacturing business.
April,1965    Cold forging section was organized. Started to manufacture High Strength Hexagon Bolts.
July,1969    The capital was increased to 60million yen.
October,1993    Start of manufacturing of Large-diameter bolts.
December,2012    Acquired ISO9001 certification.
December,2017    Renovated the testing room to strengthen the inspection, research, and development departments.
April,2018    Installed an automatic cutting machine for nonferrous metals.
December,2018    Installed an hot forging machine for nonferrous metals.
April,2023    Started production and sales of titanium alloy hexagon socket head cap screw hot forgings.
