(1) Established as a Japanese-US-UK joint venture for the purpose of domestic production and dissemination of blind rivets.
(2) Head office established in Nikkei Building, 7-3-5 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
(3) Plant established in Hosoda, Noyori-cho, Toyohashi, Aichi.

Oct 1968
Toyohashi Plant commenced main operations, domestic production and sales of pop rivets began.

ISO 9001/QS 9000 simultaneous certification (Head Office and Toyohashi Plant).

ISO 14001 certification (Toyohashi Plant)
